List of responsibilities:

• Coordinating activities of the two projects, ensuring the correct improvement on times and methods set in the official documents and in the respect of the NGO procedures and the obligations of the moneylender.
• Managing the financial resources of the projects, collaborating with the Country Administrator, ensuring the right purpose and respecting the official budgets and the NGO procedures.
• Writing mid-term and final reports of the projects, respecting the times and methods set by the moneylender.
• Ensuring the involvement and working of the project partners, with particular attention to the Health Regional Directions and Health Districts.
• Selecting (in collaboration with the Country Representative), administrating Human Resources (local and abroad) involved in the project.
• Actively taking part in round tables and group meeting, both regional and national, on the topic of nutrition.
• Preparing, matching and managing random missions to monitor, evaluate and audit, both internal (organised by LVIA) and external (organised by moneylender or other delegate institutions) in cooperation with the Country Representative.

• Representing the project of LVIA to local institutions and developing cooperation relations with effective communication.

• Requirements:
  Qualification: Bachelor degree
  Previous experience: at least 5 years experience in coordination of an international cooperation projects.
  Language: Good knowledge of French.

  Skills:

• Command of the project in each phase

• Ability to work in stress situations and under pressure

• Ability to manage and coordinate the staff, both local and abroad

• Management and administration skills

• Managing public relations with all the partners
  Preference requirements:
• Previous experiences in western Africa, particularly in the Sahel
• Previous experiences in projects related to health and in the humanitarian field
• Previous experiences in projects financed by ECHO
• Previous cooperation with LVIA
• Knowing Italian
